Our Talent Acquisition function is essential to the growth and the evolution of our business. In order to support our business ambitions and provide a seamless recruitment experience to our candidates and managers, we are looking for a Group Talent Acquisition Project Manager to manage the overall implementation and coordination of strategic TA projects which will enhance our recruitment model globally.
You will report to the Group Talent Acquisition Director and be an integral member of the Group Talent Team. You will also collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition community across the Group, Maisons and Regions.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
In This Role, You Will
- Manage the cascading of group innovative initiatives and key frameworks to our markets, Regions and Maisons to ensure a best-in-class TA model
- Promote the efficient and thorough use of our TA tools and technologies
- Deliver specific TA trainings in order to optimize operational excellence for our Regions and Maisons
- Manage the collaboration with our global TA vendors and continually explore new possible collaborations to stay on top of market trends
- Support our global HR digital transformation by providing guidance to our TA community on the new technologies and processes
- Report on global TA metrics and monitor SLAs with external providers and TA KPIs
- Support our university relationships efforts by tracking university relations and recruitment analytics to determine effectiveness of current and future strategy
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with Group Employer Branding and University Relationships Manager and Global Talent Acquisition, HR partners and business functions to strengthen University Relations recruitment initiatives.
- Actively participate to the Global Talent Acquisition community, keeping track of progress of the regional TA projects, and supporting our global TA strategy
- You have a background in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management or HR Business Partnering and have been exposed to manage HR global transversal projects.
- You demonstrate a people-centric approach, consistently striving for excellence

- You possess strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage different projects at the same time
- You have effective communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
- You are digital savvy, with expertise in LinkedIn recruiting, Applicant Tracking Systems, and MS Office suite
- You are able to work in a complex matrix organization
- You are innovative and curious, with a problem-solving approach
