Java Developer (Only for Bucharest People Based)

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join a multinational team where the current technology stack is based on a stable Java EE framework and Angular on the front end, focusing on enhancing the functional design and evolving the platform toward a high-performance hybrid cloud solution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operating within a structured Agile environment, following the Sprint methodology and utilizing Jira for task and workflow management;
• Contributing to the implementation and maintenance of automated CI/CD pipelines;
• Collaborating on team knowledge sharing and documentation;
• Ensuring code quality and system stability;
• Working in cross-functional, international teams, coordinating with Business Analysts, QA engineers, DevOps, and Developers to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Java development;
• Experience with Angular;
• Committed to delivering high-quality, maintainable code and continuously striving for technical excellence;
• Demonstrates leadership and initiative, serving as a role model and technical reference for peers;
• Strong team collaboration skills with a proactive and cooperative mindset;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
