IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team! As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple hybrid waterfall/agile projects in a fast-paced business environment. You will work with our technical teams and market research teams around the world to deliver projects within time and budget constraints. What you will be doing

• Shape, mobilise, plan and lead projects in line with Kynetec PMO standards
• Collaborate and manage external vendors and suppliers to align with project requirements
• Create high quality project startup documents, detailing project scope, assumptions, success criteria, risks and governance structure
• Track and measure business case realisation in close partnership with stakeholders throughout a project's delivery
• Produce high quality project status and other miscellaneous reports as requested by the Project Director or PMO
• Ensure projects are well structured & planned, and are executed to plan, budget and agreed scope
• Deliver change side by side with business teams, building excellent working relationships through effective comms with key stakeholders at all levels of the business
• Build and present budgets; Take ownership of tracking spend
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the PMOs ways of working by regularly searching for and promoting opportunities to improve the team's processes

Skills you will bring with you

Required

• Extensive experience as an IT Project Manager within a hybrid waterfall/agile environment (5+ years experience required)

• A strong background in Implementations

• Significant experience managing end to end projects

• Excellent facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, written and verbal communication skills are required

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the business

• Experience collaborating and managing external vendors/suppliers

• Demonstrable experience delivering continuous improvement to project processes

• Experience of using dynamic project management tools such as Smartsheets or Jira or similar

Desirable

• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner or similar certification
