Product Experience Specialist

We're looking for a Product Experience Specialist who is a tech-savvy problem solver with strong communication skills and lives to delight users. Your mission is to quickly solve user problems, capture critical insights, and help make Lovable known for world-class support. You'll help users succeed, capture key insights, and shape our product from the front lines.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide Delightful Support: Solve user problems with speed, warmth, and clarity.
• Debug & Resolve (Engineers): Dive deep on technical issues and implement fixes when needed.
• Curate Insights: Spot patterns in feedback and share actionable insights.
• Improve Docs & Automation: Keep documentation fresh and help refine support automation.
• Be the Voice of the Customer: Make sure user feedback drives product direction.
