This is an opportunity to create and build digital products as a full-time Product Manager in an agile and remote work environment. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team!
At Kaizen, we collaborate with global brands such as Coca-Cola, Algida, Nescafé, Nutella, and L'Oréal to build digital products used by millions of users. With our loyalty and engagement solutions, we design mobile-first digital products and bring together design and engineering.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in technical product management or business analysis
- Experience with mobile applications, mobile technologies, and release processes (iOS, Android, SDKs)
- Experience in end-to-end product management in SaaS product lifecycles is a plus
- Experience managing a greenfield product from scratch
- Experience creating and designing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), including writing user stories and wireframing
- Experience with both B2C and B2B products
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, including customers and engineering teams
- Fluency in English
- Hands-on experience with Agile Product Development (Scrum)
- Familiarity with agile and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Miro)
- A strong sense of user empathy and a proven ability to build digital products
