Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the world of AI Agents? We’re looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on delivering global, cutting-edge AI solutions across commercial, supply chain, marketing, and R&D domains.

In this role, you’ll support the full lifecycle of AI products—from proof of concept to stable production deployment—within a modern, international team based in Poland and Germany. You'll work alongside experts leveraging advanced Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Mathematical

Optimisation, all built on a state-of-the-art tech stack including Python, Azure, and Databricks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering)
• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, MLOps, ML/AI Engineering, or Software Development
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD, pipeline orchestration, and system performance tuning
• Proficiency in: Python, SQL, Databricks, Docker, GitHub, Bash
• Strong experience with Azure stack (Azure Apps, Containers, Storage, Data Factory)
• Solid understanding of Linux systems
• Proven experience building scalable solutions in cloud environments
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with ML, GenAI, forecasting, or optimization is a plus
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
