AI Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python programming, machine learning algorithms, cloud services (Azure), and backend systems. You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered solutions that drive business value and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems for various business applications.
• Implement and maintain scalable backend services to support AI workflows and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to integrate AI models into production environments.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps) to manage infrastructure, deployment, and model serving.
• Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in Python.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging for both AI components and backend systems.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI, ML, and cloud technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or AI engineering.
• Proficient in Python and common ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
• Strong experience with Azure cloud services, especially those related to AI and DevOps.
• Solid understanding of backend development using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, Django, or equivalent.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization tools like Docker.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Azure ML Pipelines).
• Knowledge of data engineering and ETL pipelines.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
