We're seeing growing demand for Data Science and AI projects – that's why we're proactively building a talent pool of specialists open to collaborating with us on projects for clients from the DACH region and the US.

We deliver projects in both nearshoring models (integration with the client’s team) and as end-to-end implementations or consulting handled by VM.PL teams. We're looking for experts available for freelance, hybrid, or full-time cooperation.

We're Looking For People Who

  • have worked as a Data Scientist (in R&D, product, or consulting teams),
  • have initial or advanced experience in AI/ML projects – including classification, prediction, NLP, image processing, recommender systems, etc.,
  • are proficient in Python (especially with libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, transformers, etc.),
  • have worked in cloud-based or data-driven environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and/or used automation tools (Docker, Git, CI/CD – nice to have),
  • are open to further growth and participating in a variety of projects – from data analysis to building AI-driven solutions.
