HR Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a HR Assistant to join our team in Kocaeli, Türkiye. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support across a wide range of HR functions — from recruitment and employee documentation to policy development and internal communications — playing a key part in ensuring efficient HR operations and contributing to a positive and compliant workplace environment."

Your Profile

• 4th grade student or new graduate from an undergraduate program,
• Good command of English
• Good command of Ms Office applications, interest in AI and HR applications
• Willing to build up career in HR
• Good at making analysis with given data or figures, and to be creative with the given inputs for supporting HR processes
• Curiosity of learning, passionate in building career path in HR.

Your Responsibilities

• Carrying out internal communications activities (e.g., announcements, engagement-related events) in line with brand guidelines and provided direction.
• Providing support for reporting tasks within the Organizational Culture & Development (OCD) agenda.
• Contributing to pre- and post-engagement survey processes through data reporting, presentation preparation, and follow-up actions.
• Assisting in joint projects with the Talent Acquisition (TA) and Employee Relations (ER) teams; contributing to ad hoc HR initiatives and supporting the implementation of global HR projects for employees in Turkey.
