Your Responsibilitie

• s:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specification
• s.Analyze business processes and customer journeys, identify areas for improvement, and support implementation effort
• s.Collaborate with the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, creating epics, and writing user storie
• s.Participate in SDLC-related projects to improve testing practices, change automation, and compliance with security control
• s.Deliver training sessions to teams on compliance processes, testing standards, and evidence documentatio
• n.Prepare regular reports and insights for stakeholders at all levels, from delivery teams to executive boards (Cyber ExCo, Risk Boards
• ).Support change management activities including communication, training, and implementation readines
• s.Work with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible) and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Disciplined Agile

Requiremen

• ts:Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex, international environmen
• ts.Solid understanding of IT project lifecycle (SDLC), change control, and testing process
• es.Experience with business process modeling, documentation, and continuous improvement initiativ
• es.Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, Power Query), JIRA, and Confluen
• ce.Strong stakeholder management and communication skil
• ls.Fluent English (minimum B2/C1) – written and spok
• en.Proactive, independent, and adaptable to a dynamic project environme
