We’re looking for an experienced and motivated InfoSec Architecture Program & Project Manager to join our central IT PMO team, with a dotted line to the Director of Information & Cyber Security Architecture. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead high-impact security and cyber projects across a diverse range of platforms, delivering innovative services and solutions aligned with our company’s portfolio.
You’ll take full ownership of project delivery — from contractual and financial oversight to execution — ensuring successful outcomes every step of the way. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in managing large-scale, complex IT and OT service projects, including service transition and transformation within outsourced environments.

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated InfoSec Architecture Program & Project Manager to join our central IT PMO team, with a dotted line to the Director of Information & Cyber Security Architecture. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead high-impact security and cyber projects across a diverse range of platforms, delivering innovative services and solutions aligned with our company’s portfolio.
You’ll take full ownership of project delivery — from contractual and financial oversight to execution — ensuring successful outcomes every step of the way. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in managing large-scale, complex IT and OT service projects, including service transition and transformation within outsourced environments.
What will you be doing?
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Cyber Maturity and Cloud & Infrastructure Security projects, following our best-practice IT Project Management Framework
- Manage and motivate a diverse, global project team across multiple locations and cultures
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Build strong relationships across the business to gain project buy-in and drive successful implementation
- Act as a key escalation point for project-related challenges and work closely with customers to resolve issues
- Oversee third-party and supplier engagement throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and delivery
- Identify and manage project risks and continuously seek opportunities to enhance performance and improve the overall project experience
- Proven experience delivering complex IT and security projects, with a strong grasp of project lifecycles, risk management, and governance frameworks
- Solid technical knowledge across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), Microsoft technologies, infrastructure, and OT/IoT environments
- Familiarity with global regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and the EU AI Act
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP certified, with ITIL v3 Foundation (or higher); degree qualified or equivalent experience (10+ years)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
- Exceptional planning, reporting, and risk mitigation abilities with great attention to detail
