We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The project is set to start on July 1st, and focuses on the Data Insights & Analytics area within a Commercial environment, supporting operations in the Nordics region (EU).

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Manage a Commercial project for the Nordics (EU), with a strong focus on Data Insights & Analytics.
• Deliver monthly sales reporting for Senior Management and HQ, including content for webcasts.
• Act as superuser and owner of active Power BI reports; request and coordinate new reports or tools for Sales Volume monitoring (including weekly offtake reports).
• Coordinate project team activities across cross-functional workstreams.
• Manage timelines, risks (including mitigation), budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor overall project progress, lead status meetings, and provide progress reporting.
• Ensure excellent stakeholder engagement and alignment, including with senior leadership.

TECH STACK & REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4–5 years of project management experience in a sales, reporting, or commercial environment
• Strong analytics and commercial background
• Proven hands-on experience with Power BI – ownership of reports, dashboard creation, data analysis, experience with JIRA for project tracking
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle: timeline management, budgeting, risk mitigation, and quality control
• Experience in preparing and delivering business presentations and webcast reports
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken, for international collaboration
