Position: Project Manager for ERP Implementation

Location: Poznań + Travel across eight European countries

Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)

Rate: OPEN PLN/h net on B2B

Start date: July/August 2025

About this role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the international rollout of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system across the Client's foreign subsidiaries.

This is a continuation of an ongoing ERP implementation program - 8 subsidiaries have already completed the rollout, and 8 more are planned.

Key responsibilities:

• External IT provider responsible for implementing Microsoft Business Central processes (currently handled by IT.Integro)
• External accounting/legal service provider defining processes in compliance with local market requirements
• Clients' business team responsible for defining internal processes for implementation in the subsidiary
• Clients' IT team responsible for IT aspects (resources, systems, permissions, integrations, etc.)
• Local subsidiary responsible for providing master data and acting as the system’s end user

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in managing international ERP implementation projects in manufacturing companies (at least 2–3 implementations)
• Strong business communication skills
• Fluent English is essential due to the international nature of the team

Travel:

It is not possible to complete the rollout without travel. For each implementation, the PM must travel at the beginning to the respective country to confirm the project team, gather requirements, etc. Later, travel may be needed for ongoing needs (e.g., system demonstrations, training, UAT testing, and go-live support).

Timeline:

Each subsidiary rollout takes approximately 4–5 months.
