About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Delivery Manager (or Associate Manager, depending on experience level) to join our Delivery team.

You will manage delivery processes end-to-end, working closely with internal product, engineering, and customer success teams, as well as client stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strong project and people manager who is comfortable in client-facing roles, has experience in inventory and demand planning, and is passionate about delivering operational excellence in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.



Responsibilities



  • Lead the successful delivery and implementation of company inventory and pricing solutions to enterprise clients
  • Serve as the key point of contact for client stakeholders during the delivery phase
  • Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation in alignment with delivery methodology
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align technical delivery with client needs
  • Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional delivery teams
  • Anticipate and manage project risks and dependencies, ensuring proactive communication and resolution
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship building through consistent, value-driven delivery
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and internal tools


Qualifications



  • 7+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or consulting
  • Experience in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, or supply chain planning is strongly preferred
  • Background in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field
  • Strong track record of client-facing delivery experience across multiple markets (international experience is a big plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members, providing feedback and coaching
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
  • Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of retail supply chain dynamics
  • Coding and analytics experience using SQL and at least one analytics-focused language such as Python is a plus
