UI / UX Designer – Web, App & Digital Communications
Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty is looking for a seasoned UI/UX Designer who can elevate the digital experience across our websites , mobile apps, high‑converting landing pages and email campaigns. You will own the end‑to‑end design process, from research and journey mapping to pixel‑perfect, developer‑ready files, and ensure every interaction reflects the sophistication of the Sotheby’s brand while driving measurable business results (leads, viewings, enquiries).
Website & App UX
- Audit current site/app flows, identify friction points, and redesign for clarity, speed and conversion.
- Create information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes in Figma (or similar) and hand‑off annotations to developers.
- Champion responsive, mobile‑first interfaces optimised for connectivity speeds.
Landing Pages
- Design high‑impact, campaign‑specific landing pages that integrate with HubSpot/Salesforce forms, A/B testing frameworks and analytics tags.
- Iterate quickly based on conversion data.
Email & CRM Templates
- Produce visually striking yet code‑friendly email master templates (HTML/CSS) and modular blocks for newsletters, automated journeys and event invitations.
- Ensure Litmus‑level compatibility across Gmail, Outlook, iOS, Android and dark mode.
Creative & Brand Assets
- Design banners, social ads, digital brochures and interactive pitch decks adhering to global brand guidelines.
Design System Governance
- Build and maintain a component library (grids, typography, iconography) to guarantee consistency across platforms.
- Conduct quarterly audits to retire or refine legacy components.
User Research & Testing
- Plan and run remote usability tests and heat‑map reviews (Hotjar, Clarity).
- Translate findings into actionable design improvements and present them to C‑suite.
Performance & Accessibility
- Validate UI decisions with GA4, GTM and Core Web Vitals; iterate to meet KPIs.
- Ensure WCAG 2.2 AA compliance for colour contrast, keyboard navigation and screen‑reader semantics.
Conversion‑Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Own the end‑to‑end CRO workflow for website, app, landing pages and email templates: establish benchmarks, define hypotheses, design A/B and multivariate tests, and analyse results.
- Translate insights from GA4, Hotjar/Clarity, HubSpot/Salesforce funnels and session replays into precise UI adjustments (layout, micro‑copy, visual hierarchy, interaction states).
- Partner with marketing and data teams to set conversion KPIs for each digital asset (lead‑form completion, click‑through, book‑a‑viewing, brochure download) and iterate rapidly until statistically significant lifts are achieved.
- Document findings in the design system so winning patterns (e.g., form field arrangements, call‑to‑action styles, pricing table layouts) are reused consistently across future projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years UI/UX design for high‑traffic websites or mobile apps; portfolio links required.
- Expert in Figma (components, variants, auto‑layout), plus Adobe CC (PS, AI, XD or similar).
- Strong grasp of responsive design, interaction patterns, micro‑animations and design systems.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and basic JavaScript, you can speak a developer’s language even if you’re not writing production code.
- Data‑driven mindset; comfortable reading funnel reports, heat maps and GA4 events to iterate designs.
- Familiar with email design best practices (device/client quirks, 600‑px canvases, image‑text balance).
- Excellent communication skills; able to articulate design rationale to marketing, sales and engineering teams.
Preferred (Nice‑to‑Have)
- Experience in luxury real‑estate, hospitality or e‑commerce verticals.
- Motion design skills (After Effects, Lottie, Framer Motion).
- Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze email modules.
- Working familiarity with WCAG 2.2 & ARIA for advanced accessibility.
