Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Data Scientist with a strong background in software development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in applying machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems, with a specific focus on Pega Data Science. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to enhance business processes and decision making.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Utilize Pega Data Science tools to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Conduct experiments and validate models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor and maintain existing models, making improvements as necessary.
• Document processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and data science.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in Pega Data Science (PCDS) is a deal breaker.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or R.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or Scikit learn.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5-7 Years of relevant experience in Machine Learning and Data Science.
• Proven experience in software development and deployment of machine learning models.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
