Product Manager, Asia

An exciting Product Manager for Asia for a semiconductor equipment manufacturer has just become available at one of the most reputable international companies. This is a role for someone who has strong product management and commercial experience.

About the Product Manager, Asia role:
In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the assigned product line division for sustained growth and effective product support as well as managing the team.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the assigned product line and the team across Asia.
• Design and execute regional product strategies.
• To work hand in hand with internal team to provide solutions for customer specific needs.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive gaps, translating insights into actionable product strategies.
• Address technical and commercial issues for key customers.
• Oversee pricing strategies, positioning, and value propositions to achieve commercial goals.
• Support marketing plans for awareness initiatives, define and drive implementation.
• Provide support to sales, marketing, and technical teams

 
To succeed in the Product Manager role, you will need strong experience in product management and leadership experience within the Semiconductor sector.  
 
Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in the Semiconductor industry.
• Master/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Prior experience in leading a team and understanding of Asia market
• Well versed in Semiconductor process/equipment, assembly and packaging will be preferred
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders at different professional level
• Keep abreast of the latest trend and development of technologies
• Commercially focused with a problem-solving mindset
• Strong analytical capabilities and strong interpersonal skills
