Marketing Analytics Manager

About the role:


We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to lead our APAC Marketing Analytics and Ratings & Reviews efforts. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for transforming data into actionable insights that help us understand consumer sentiment, improve product experiences, and optimize our ecommerce and digital marketing performance across the region.


You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across APAC, guiding decisions that directly impact how we communicate, innovate, and grow. From shaping product enhancements based on real customer feedback to optimizing digital campaigns and ecommerce performance, this role is perfect for someone who loves turning data into decisions and making a tangible difference across markets.


The Impact You’ll Make


  • Drive strategic product decisions by uncovering insights from consumer ratings, reviews, and social listening to recommend quality or communication enhancements.
  • Improve product sales performance through monthly ecommerce reporting that provides actionable recommendations around product, pricing, and promotions.
  • Optimize marketing performance by delivering periodic reports on campaign results across categories and channels, including the tracking of key initiatives and return on investment.
  • Enhance forecasting accuracy by building and maintaining high-quality commercial analytics tools like predictive models, product mix analyses, and cost simulations.
  • Strengthen media efficiency by supporting paid media reporting across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and ecommerce media.
  • Enable smarter CRM and website strategies through tailored, insight-rich reports and recommendations.
  • Simplify complex data by presenting insights through clear, visual dashboards and storytelling tools.
  • Facilitate seamless analytics integration by supporting platform connections with tools such as Meta, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, Looker Studio, Adverity, Emarsys, AWS, Sprinklr, and more.


The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring:


  • Strong visualization and storytelling skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of, and experience with, statistics, databases, economic principles, yield management concepts and tools, reporting, and business intelligence (BI) solutions
  • Familiarity with revenue growth management (RGM) techniques, combined with advanced proficiency in business modeling using Excel
  • Self-driven and resilience with a can-do attitude - embodies an owner mindset with a strong commitment to contributing to the success of the organization
