Backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Index Ventures, Y Combinator, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Craft Ventures, we are transforming the compensation landscape. Pave's R&D pillar includes our data science, engineering, information technology, product design, product management, and security teams. This organization builds, maintains, and secures a platform used by more than 8,500+ client organizations. Our engineering team moves between ideation, scoping, and execution in a matter of days while closely iterating with cross-functional partners on requirements. At Pave, we use TypeScript, Node.js, and React, hosted on GCP. The roadmap focuses on four core jobs: Market Data, Market Pricing, Comp Planning, and Communication. Over the next year, the roadmap focuses on enhancing the entire compensation lifecycle to help Total Rewards leaders take charge of their organizations' largest expense, confidently make decisions, and earn org-wide trust. We're seeking passionate engineers excited about building robust, data-rich systems that simplify complex compensation processes at scale. Requirements include 1-2 years of fullstack engineering experience, ideally using modern web technologies such as TypeScript/Node.js/React, with some experience building data-intensive applications. Candidates should have growing product intuition, an execution-driven mindset, adaptability in ambiguity, and a collaborative working style. Nice to have experience at B2B SaaS companies, especially during periods of rapid growth or platform expansion. Pave has offices in San Francisco, New York City, Salt Lake City, and the United Kingdom, with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office presence on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible PTO, stipends for meals and commuting, quarterly education stipend, and robust parental leave.
