Job Summary:
We are seeking a Product Owner/Manager with deep domain expertise in credit card origination and consumer lending products. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation to delivery — and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business value and enhance the customer journey in the credit card acquisition space.

The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation to delivery — and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business value and enhance the customer journey in the credit card acquisition space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the roadmap and execution of the credit card origination platform and workflows
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and KPIs
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable product backlogs and user stories
- Partner with engineering, design, compliance, risk, and operations teams to prioritize and deliver features
- Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements (KYC, AML, Fair Lending, etc.) are addressed in product design
- Analyze customer and application data to identify friction points and drive continuous improvements
- Define and track success metrics, and adjust strategy based on performance insights
- Stay abreast of industry trends, digital onboarding best practices, and credit card product innovations
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager in financial services, preferably in credit card origination or consumer lending
- Strong understanding of origination workflows, including identity verification, credit underwriting, application decision-making, and fulfillment
- Proven ability to manage product backlogs, write user stories, and lead agile teams
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent
- Familiarity with regulatory environments impacting credit card origination
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred)
