Product Designer

You will leverage xAI’s models and algorithms to create a new generation of delightful consumer products and experiences and scale this out to millions of users around the world. You’ll work with us on: Distilling insights from user needs and model research into clear product directions; Designing and prototyping interfaces for surfaces on X and future standalone products; Specifying and evaluating model behavior, working closely with our research efforts. Ideal Experience: Strong portfolio showcasing your work; Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms. Interview Process: After submitting your application, the team reviews your CV and statement of exceptional work. If your application passes this stage, you will be invited to a 15 minute interview (“phone interview”) during which a member of our team will ask some basic questions. If you clear the initial phone interview, you will enter the main process: Portfolio deep-dive: Walking through your design process and past works; A take-home design challenge; Meet and greet with the wider team. Our goal is to finish the main process within one week.
