Data Analyst

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data insights to stakeholders, ensuring data integrity and actionable reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full lifecycle data analysis from requirements gathering to design and implementation.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and generate actionable reports.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Acquire data from primary and secondary sources; maintain databases and data systems.
• Clean, filter, and validate data by reviewing reports and performance indicators.
• Design and create dashboards, visualizations, and ad hoc reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support their data needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
• Proficient in SQL and database management.
• Strong knowledge of data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Familiarity with reporting packages (e.g., Business Objects), and statistical packages (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS).
• Programming skills in XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Skilled in report writing, data visualization, and presenting findings clearly to stakeholders.
