Mandatory Skills -

Data Analyst - Minimum 10 yr experience Required

Data profiling - Minimum 5 yr experience Required

SQL - Minimum 8 experience required

Data Quality tools ( IDMC OR Alteryx ) - Minimum 5 yr experience Required

JD

Primary Skills:

Strong proficiency in SQL

Data Profiling and Data Quality tools (e.g., IDMC, Alteryx)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Secondary Skills:

Experience with ADF, Snowflake, and Databricks

Knowledge of Spark and any ETL tools (SSIS, Informatica, etc.)

Power BI for data analysis and reporting

Domain knowledge in Claims and Insurance

Job Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for platform-related inquiries

Communicate platform updates and changes to relevant teams and stakeholders

Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across teams

Facilitate coordination between development teams and other departments dependent on the platform

Work within Agile practices to ensure timely and efficient project delivery

Utilize data profiling and quality tools to ensure integrity and consistency of data

Good to Have:

Strong understanding of the Insurance domain and Claims processing
