Job Description
- Develop and maintain back-end systems using C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
- Work closely with front-end developers using React/Redux/Typescript/JavaScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Optimise application performance and ensure high scalability and reliability.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Participate in code reviews to uphold best practices and coding standards.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyse technical requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
- Ensure robust integration with front-end components and third-party APIs.
A Successful Back End Developer Should Have
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
- Strong understanding of back-end development practices and principles.
- A good understanding and exposure to TypeScript, JavaScript & React (ideally).
- Experience in building scalable and secure applications.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and deployment processes.
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of database design and optimisation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
