About The Role

We’re looking for a Contract Product Manager that will help drive product execution for one of our key clients in the SaaS space. This is a hands-on role where you’ll define and lead the product strategy, working cross-functionally to turn ideas into impactful, scalable solutions. You’ll join a fast-moving team that values autonomy, speed, and product thinking — and you’ll play a central role in shaping outcomes from day one.

Your Mission

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap, aligning it with business goals.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and users.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product specs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Lead sprint planning and execution, ensuring alignment across the team.
• Track product performance, analyze data and feedback, and iterate quickly to improve.
• Build trust across teams, keeping communication clear, goals aligned, and momentum strong.
  
  

Requirements

• Advanced English (spoken and written) — it’s the team’s working language
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience working on complex B2B or SaaS platforms.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in fast-paced tech environments (ideally startups).
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies — you're ready to lead from day one.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex problems into elegant, effective product solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — you can align teams and move fast.
• Ability to manage priorities and drive execution across multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Replit, Webflow, Framer, etc.).
• Comfort using analytics tools and working with data to inform decisions.
• Background in UX, engineering, or a technical field is a plus.
