About The Role

We’re looking for a Sr UI Product Designer. This role is all about turning real user needs into beautiful, intuitive, and effective digital experiences. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring strategic goals to life through smart, user-centered design.

Your Mission

Define and drive the design strategy in close collaboration with Product Managers.
Translate user insights, data, and business goals into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze performance metrics to uncover opportunities for improvement.
Participate in all stages of the product development lifecycle, ensuring technical feasibility and visual consistency.
Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and performance.
Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.

Requirements

Advanced English (spoken and written) — it’s the team’s working language
5+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI.
Solid experience as a Product Designer in fast-paced tech environments (ideally startups).
Outstanding UI skills — you know how to make things look great. Occasional support for marketing assets may be required.
Proven ability to solve complex user and business problems with clear, intuitive design solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you can defend your decisions, listen to feedback, and align cross-functional teams.
Strong grasp of the end-to-end product design lifecycle, user-centered design principles, and agile methodologies.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, strategic thinking, and tangible results.
Experience designing complex B2B or SaaS products.
Proficiency with tools like Figma, Webflow, Framer, or other rapid prototyping tools.
Familiarity with analytics and data visualization tools.
Background in UX research, front-end development, or related technical fields.
