Description
Are you passionate about local customer insights and understanding local shopping habits and needs? If so, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to generate quantitative and qualitative local customer/market insights to inform business decisions for the Netherlands and Belgium.
This role requires working with business and customer data, business owners, local and central teams to define strategy, requirements, and roll-out plans. You will also be involved into the coordination and execution of these projects. To that end, you will be in regular communication with the leadership team on results and strategy updates, risks, and iterations. Solid data analytics, cross-team coordination, product management, problem-solving and executive communication skills and exercising good judgement are core to this role.

Key job responsibilities
- Gather and analyze key local customer insights, shopping needs and e-com shopping habits for NL/BE
- Identify knowledge gaps and provide local insights to senior management
- Work with central teams to include NL/BE in global research roadmap
- Define local focus areas according to customer research and analysis
- Leverage skills/experience in other teams and work with cross functional stakeholders.
- Drive selected project to enhance locally relevant shopping experience
- Seek out ways to scale and streamline our efforts to generate maximum local impact
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with practical work experience
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably on large, complex data-driven product initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams; excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Dutch Language Speaker
- Knowledge of Dutch E-commerce landscape and customer preferences
- Research & Data Science experience
