ML/AI Founding Engineer

MecAgent is a startup building an AI CAD copilot for mechanical engineers.

For the past 5 months:

• Secured funding ($3M) and traction
• Got back to building the product
• Started working with pilot clients

The vision / The Job:

• Change the world of CAD (Computer Aided Design)
• Create the first AI Copilot for mechanical Engineers that is actually useful

You’re the right person if you can answer most of those questions by yes:

• Know how to modify existing or create models architectures, train/finetune them
• Master Python and the ecosystem of AI libraries around it
• Know CAD and have a strong opinion on how to achieve part generation
• You know that joining a startup at this stage means high risks, high rewards
• Can speak English fluently
• Willing to move between France and the US (mostly in France)
• Fun

Compensation Range:

• €40K - €60K
• Equity
