Data Scientist, Jr Adv - France

We seek a Data Scientist – Artificial Intelligence – Junior Adv who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

As a key member of our R&D and Innovation team, you will support cutting-edge scientific research initiatives, contribute to high-impact project proposals, and help maintain our CIR accreditation, transforming ambitious ideas into scalable, AI-powered solutions.

What will help you succeed:

• Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
• PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field Strong skills in Python programming and modern development practices
• Solid knowledge in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Generative AI (GenAI)
• Proven experience in applied research and innovative solution development Excellent communication skills for writing scientific and technical documents
• Familiarity with CIR eligibility criteria and research reporting (a plus)
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset for continuous learning and technological watch
  
  
  

In this role, you will:

• Conduct research in alignment with strategic AI focus areas
• Design and implement solutions addressing real-world business challenges
• Document methodologies and outcomes through detailed technical reports Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integration and deployment
• Support the preparation of CIR documentation in coordination with the Finance team
• Participate in the drafting of scientific publications and represent Globant in conferences
