About Your New Job as a Program Manager

• Use unique data to power innovative tools addressing business challenges.
• Write SQL/Presto/Trino/Spark queries to extract necessary data and use Tableau for data visualisation.
• Take existing queries or narratives and optimise them for efficiency, building in automated checks and controls.
• Handle support requests to ensure a bug-free user experience and implement enhancements to internal data tools.

What Skills You Need as a Program Manager

• 3+ years of experience with data analysis.
• Previous experience working with SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g., Presto/Trino, Spark SQL, Tableau).
• Comfortable working with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to turn data into insights and present to stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs.
• Expert knowledge of SQL, Hadoop (Presto/Spark), Git, and Tableau.
