What you’ll do:

Join the Innovation & Customer Data team, working with the Data Strategy & AI group and reporting directly to the Data Strategy Lead Specialist;
Analyze data to identify trends, uncover business opportunities, and provide actionable insights that guide strategic initiatives.
Conduct exploratory data analyses, ensuring data integrity and availability to support the implementation of AI use cases — both in traditional machine learning and GenAI applications — to drive business growth;
Assess the feasibility of AI models by evaluating product needs and data requirements;
Develop illustrative prototypes, if needed, to showcase potential AI-driven solutions;

What you’ll bring:

Strong knowledge of data analytics and data science, with solid hands-on experience in SQL and Python (any additional programming languages are welcome);
Familiarity with working on AI/ML use cases, including exposure to generative AI or LLM applications, is a plus;
Experience with cloud platforms such as Oracle or Azure (preferred);
A STEM degree is preferred, proven experience in this role will also be considered;
Excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude;
Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
