We are looking for a Senior Engineer with deep technical expertise in Generative AI and MLOps to contribute to our GenAI projects. If you are passionate about working with advanced system architectures and building cutting-edge solutions in the GenAI space, we’d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage MLOps and AgenticAI support processes for Vodafone’s GenAI projects
• Operate and optimize GenAIOps / MLOps operations on the PracticusAI platform
• Develop and integrate open-source ML/GenAI solutions into production workflows
• Lead system setup, monitoring, performance optimization, and documentation efforts
• Collaborate closely with data science and engineering teams to ensure smooth handoffs
• Handle model deployment, API integration, security, and scalability requirements
• Proven track record in GenAI and multi-agent system development
• Minimum 5 years of experience building, deploying, and maintaining ML systems
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields

Required Skill Sets:

• Advanced programming skills in Python
• Strong knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace frameworks
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LangFlow, Langfuse
• Knowledge of Flash Attention, RAG/TAG techniques, and vectorization methods
• Familiarity with MLFlow, Kubeflow, Airflow for experiment and pipeline management
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift
• Experience deploying on cloud platforms like Azure and GCP
• Strong Linux experience and bash scripting
• API development and system integration expertise
• Experience with Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, ElasticSearch
• Working knowledge of NoSQL and SQL databases (e.g., HBase, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of open data governance and model interpretability
• Background in Langfuse for prompt cataloging and monitoring
• Experience with AIOps or LLMOps workflows
• Hands-on involvement in NLP and deep learning projects
