HR Manager / Senior HR Manager with an international Retail - Travel Retail company, Singapore based opportunity


The Opportunity


A leading global leader in travel retail is seeking an experienced as an HR professional for a Managerial or Senior Managerial role experienced in Operations and Generalist functions based in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to significantly influence their people strategy within a stable yet dynamic environment not just limited to Singapore but across the region.


You will drive efficient HR service delivery and comprehensive employee lifecycle support. Responsibilities include:


  • Serving as the primary contact for employee relations.
  • Supporting talent management across recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance, management and learning & development.
  • Assisting with compensation & benefits administration.
  • Partnering with department managers to align HR initiatives with business goals.


Essential Skills and Experience Required:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is essential we know right next
  • At least 7 - 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a solid grasp of the entire employee lifecycle, preferably in HR Generalist or Operations functions.
  • An expertise in HR data analytics, proven success in talent acquisition, in-depth knowledge of Singapore labour laws, and strong capabilities in both employee relations and performance management.
  • A relevant industry experience in Retail or Travel Retail, ideally with companies managing a diverse portfolio of goods often found in duty-free environments (alcohol, tobacco, spirits (liquor), beauty products (fragrances, cosmetics, skincare), and various confectionery items.
  • A strong proficiency in HRIS systems and SAP expertise.
  • A regional experience (is a great advantage).
