Polytechnic Internship - Resource Management Intern (September 2025 - February 2026)

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Interaction: Act as a liaison between various teams and departments to understand their resource needs, preferences, and priorities.
• Resource Allocation: Assist in the allocation and deployment of resources, ensuring that they are optimally utilized to meet project requirements.
• Data Analysis: Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain resource allocation spreadsheets, track resource usage, and generate reports for analysis.
• Resource Tracking: Monitor and update resource allocation records to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Communication: Provide clear and effective communication to stakeholders regarding resource availability, allocation decisions, and any adjustments that may be needed.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and address resource allocation challenges and propose solutions to optimize resource utilization.
• Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of resource allocation procedures, guidelines, and best practices.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist the resource management team in various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
