  • Implement and manage Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass for network access control
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve network and IT infrastructure issues onsite or remotely

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, test and commission network infrastructure according to best practices, but not limited to routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls etc.
  • Implement and manage Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass for network access control
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve network and IT infrastructure issues onsite or remotely
  • Conduct system acceptance tests and maintain detailed as-built documentation
  • Report progress, risks and technical findings directly to the Technical Manager

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years hands-on experience in network implementation, administration and support within a system integrator or technology services environment
  • CCNA certification required; HCIA or HCIE highly advantageous
  • Familiarity with Cisco and/or Huawei switching and routing platforms
  • Basic firewall configuration knowledge; experience with Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Palo Alto or similar is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English and conversational Chinese

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, systems integrators environment
  • Prior client-facing or sales-engineering support experience
