Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Scrum Master/Business Analyst to join their team. In this role, this person would support the delivery of data-driven solutions within our Credit Risk and Loans portfolio. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can run Agile ceremonies, gather and translate complex requirements, and deliver actionable insights using Power BI. Experience in credit risk, regulatory reporting, or loan products is highly desirable.

Location: New York, NY or Jersey City, NJ (2x/week in-office)
Pay Range: $75/hour W2 (we can not work on c2c/c2h/3rd parties)

What's the Job?
- Candidate will be running ceremonies but also has to have BA experience as they will be pulling requirements and creating documentation. Creating a portfolio management platform built on PowerBI.
- Lead all Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile/Scrum best practices.
- Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team’s progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst.
- Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving team delivery.
- Expertise in Power BI dashboard/report development, DAX, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with credit risk, loan portfolios, or financial risk systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
