Must have:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a similar role.

• Proficiency in JIRA or other project management tools (experience creating workflows, boards, and reporting highly preferred).

• Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience managing purchase orders, finance accruals, or similar budgetary processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools.


JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Manager will oversee the management of marketing projects within JIRA, ensuring smooth workflows, timely execution, and alignment with business goals. In addition to project management responsibilities, this role will manage critical operational and administrative tasks, including purchase order (PO) management, finance accrual tracking, and other key team processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, skilled communicator, and organized multitasker who thrives in a collaborative environment.



Key Responsibilities

Project Management (~60%)

• Manage marketing team projects in JIRA, including creating and managing initiatives, workflows, and timelines.

• Coordinate collaboration across marketing and other cross-functional teams, such as change management and engineering, to ensure timely delivery of projects.

• Run regular team stand-up calls to prioritize and coordinate action items, timelines, and due dates.

• Monitor project progress, flag potential roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues to meet deadlines.

• Ensure all tasks are assigned, prioritized, and completed to align with business objectives. • Regularly communicate project updates and deliverables to team members, stakeholders, and leadership.

Operational and Administrative Support (~40%)

• Manage purchase orders (PO), including creating, tracking, and reconciling POs in alignment with budget guidelines.

• Track and report on finance accruals to ensure accurate forecasting and budget management for marketing activities.

• Assist with Statements of Work (SOW), including creating, submitting, and tracking.

• May include managing team calendars, monitoring deadlines, and/or scheduling key meetings and check-ins, as needed.

• Streamline and document operational processes to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

• Serve as the team's point of contact for administrative inquiries, tools, and resources.
