AWS DEVOPS CLoudformation

Responsibilities

• Solid experience with Cloud and virtualization based technologies in Amazon Web Services AWS
• Production deployment and operations experience in AWS
• Ideal candidate knows how to create automated deployment infrastructure on AWS using CloudFormation or Terraform
• AWS Instance Creation EC2 Configuration and Maintenance
• Virtual Private Cloud VPC setup and maintenance
• Experience in AWS Security Groups Routing Tables Subnets EBS Cloud Front S3 IAM Roles and Policies CloudFormation Cloud Watch SNS SQS Elastic Load Balancers SSL Certs and Auto Scaling Groups
• Disaster Recovery preparedness with multizone and/or multiregion options
• Backup and Restore management of RDS and other Databases
• Strong Experience working with Unix servers Can debug your way through any issue
• Good working knowledge on DevOps processes CI CD
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team and help them resolving the issues

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3 years experience with Cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services AWS
• Demonstrated experience in leading and overseeing a successful IT team with a focus on delivering excellence in customer service
• Demonstrated skills in the analysis of complex problems and in the troubleshooting and resolution of high impact incidents
• Proven experience in setting up QA practices for established processes and services with a focus on measurable and re portable KPIs
• Excellent operational management skills with proven ability to provide authoritative specialist and technical advice
• Highly developed planning and organizational skills with experience establishing priorities allocating resources and meeting deadlines in a complex technical environment
• Develop automation scripts as needed to enhance operational efficiencies
• Hands on experience in cloud provisioning tools like Terraform CloudFormation will be an added advantage
• Hands on experience with Docker Kubernetes will be an added advantage
• Previous experience with applications like CMS Search engines ELK stack networking storage APIs CICD Cloud AWS Google Platform and Azure and backup management
• High level of technical leadership including the ability to develop technical standards and promote their adoption within teams across multiple technical disciplines
• Well-developed stakeholder management skills Proficient at influencing and negotiating with senior stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
• Instructional and formal presentation experience
• Should be Flexible to cover 247 support Model
