Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end program and project management.
• Working experience in Insurance (preferably Life and Annuity) will be a big plus.
• Ensure day to day operational activities.
• Accountable for identification, tracking and resolution of Incidents and service restoration.
• Ensures 100% Adherence to Cost & SLA Objectives.
• Attend and Present meetings with Sr. Management to report the progress.
• Effective collaborations with internal and external stakeholders; Develops and nurtures excellent client and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Responsible for risk management and Knowledge Management.
• Responsible for implementing continuous process improvement and innovations.
• Manage account performance through financial (P&L, Forecast, Revenue, COR etc.)
• Optional: Awareness on new and emerging technologies in Area of concern.
• Supply chain: Staffing.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor degree; Masters or industry certifications.
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in IT with 5-7 years’ experience in project and program
• management.
• Demonstrate experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong written and oral communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to promote team collaboration, strength in persuading and influencing others.
• Candidates should have experience in insurance delivery, with Life and annuity experience, handled large delivery.
