The Role

Atelier is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a sharp, driven Project Operations Manager immediately to help us deliver high-quality products on time, every time. You’ll sit at the center of it all — liaising with suppliers, managing timelines, and keeping our clients smiling.

What You’ll Do

• Responding to internal queries from our customer service and sales teams regarding products, pricing and delivery
• Own end-to-end delivery of products to customers
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to hit key milestones and find alternatives
• Keep suppliers on track and accountable!!!!
• Solve problems fast and stay two steps ahead
• Make sure the customer experience is smooth and positive
