About the Position

We are an innovative TechBio company, focuses on leveraging the unique biology of long-term Cancer survivors for novel target discovery and precision medicine tools. We are looking for a clinical research associate with strong project management skills to join our clinical ops team.

The ideal candidate will facilitate seamless initiation, monitoring and closing of our participating sites in the study and the completion of data collection by all sites.

Responsibilities:

• Manage remote site initiation with all clinical sites based on our SOPs
• Monitor the study and supervise the data upload process by study coordinators and PIs from all sites
• Meet with the centers’ clinical teams to discuss the study, its results, any obstacles/issues they are facing and help them with solving them
• Close sites and review data completion of each participating clinical team
• Coordinate samples biobank collection and shipping to our Central Lab in Paris with CURE51 ops teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in a life sciences science/medicine related field
• 4-5 years of experience as a CRA in a multicentric and multicountry observational or interventional study
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with a strong emphasis on organization and time management
• Acute sense of operational details monitoring and ability to detect early signals and anomalies to alert and notify stakeholders about risk exposure
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively coordinating with team members and reporting on project status
• Experience in creating and implementing processes that increase efficiency in managing project timelines and deliverables
• Fluent in French and English. German and/or Spanish is a bonus
