As a Software Engineer in the web team within our Broker Solution, you’ll actively collaborate on creating and maintaining our internal design system as well as developing modules for the new web app. Your work will drive initiatives that attract and grow our customer base, making the Bitpanda brand the go-to option in the European and UAE markets.

• Develop and implement new features for our web applications using React, showcasing your expertise in creating user-centric solutions.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality products.


• Contribute to the establishment and enforcement of coding standards, design patterns, and development methodologies across the team.


• Drive innovation by researching and adopting the latest trends and technologies in the React ecosystem, ensuring our applications remain competitive and cutting-edge.


• Act as a technical mentor for junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.

• You are a proficient Front-end Engineer with a passion for building dynamic, user-friendly web and mobile applications. You have a deep understanding of the React ecosystem, and are eager to contribute to projects that leverage the latest tools and technologies. Proficient in Typescript and strong experience with React.js and its core principles.


• Experience with state management, data synchronisation, and other advanced techniques in React 


• Familiarity with popular React libraries and frameworks, as Next.js, CSS-in-JS libraries (Emotion, Styled Components, etc), Radix UI, Relay/Apollo Client, React Query, etc.


• Proficient understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in integrating them with front-end applications.


• You have the fundamental belief that all code should be SOLID and thoroughly covered by unit tests.
