Product Manager (80-100%; Lausanne / hybrid)

To take the next step, we are expanding our team with a Product Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Co-shape product roadmap and translate it into actionable SW development tasks.
• Understand the eye care market and its regulatory requirements to develop products that are in line with customer needs / ideal customer profile and compliant with regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the commercial, clinical research, regulatory and product dev. teams to align the product roadmap with business goals.
• Break down the product roadmap into quarterly & Sprint-level goals together with the CTO.
• Collaborate with the team to define epics, stories and tasks for the product dev. team, prioritizing daily and sprint-level goals (incl. customer requests & complaints).
• Manage and coordinate product releases and delivery.
• Run Sprint meetings (e.g. Sprint planning, refinements, retrospectives) and improve processes.

Your qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software product management.
• Experience working across functions, collaborating with commercial and product dev. teams.
• Proven track record of successfully leading end-to-end product launches.
• Strategic mindset, ability to translate high-level goals into clear product initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to derive insights from market trends and customer feedback.
• Nice-to-have: Scrum certification, technical background (e.g. computer science, (biomedical) engineering or related field), medical software or early-stage startup experience.
