Job Description

Purpose of the position:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our European HR team based in Lausanne. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment. You will provide vital administrative support and contribute to various HR projects.

You will gain valuable HR experience in an international company known for its dynamic culture and iconic brand. Come be part of a fun, collaborative team where your contribution matters!

Position Functions

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Support the team with daily HR administrative tasks
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Help maintain HR databases and employee records
• Assist with HR guidelines and procedures
• Coordinate meetings, training, and HR events
• Provide logistical and document support for HR projects
• Support communication activities when needed
  
  

Knowledge And Skills Required

• Currently enrolled in a university program (Bachelor or Master) with a focus on HR
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
