IF YOU ARE

A Senior Backend Software Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in production environments
Proficient in: Node.js, gRPC, Kafka, MongoDB, GraphQL, SCSS, TypeScript
Having experience with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, ArgoCD, CI/CD pipelines
Comfortable working with microservices, serverless architectures, and distributed systems
Skilled at operating within existing technical architectures, focusing on delivery over design from scratch
Experienced in writing technical documentation, clear implementation plans, and contributing to stable releases
Collaborative, pragmatic, and capable of guiding other engineers when needed
Fluent in English, with strong communication across technical and product stakeholders

AND YOU WANT TO

Contribute directly to a well-defined backend system within a time-limited project
Translate functional requirements into reliable, maintainable, and performant backend services
Apply both engineering and DevOps best practices to speed up feature delivery and system reliability
Integrate seamlessly into existing architectures and align with previously made technical decisions
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and product delivery cycles
Deliver results in an agile, collaborative, and accountability-driven environment
Optionally take on light technical leadership, helping guide development direction for part of the project
