We are looking for a Software Engineer / Developer (Generative AI & Agentic Automation Focus)

who will be able to work with enthusiasm to implement solutions in the field of development to join our Bancassurance and Process Optimization Teams.

What makes you a good fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field,

• Proficiency in Generative AI technologies and models,

• Knowledge of agentic automation concepts and tools,

• Strong programming skills in Python, 1-3 years experience in python.

• Proficiency in OOP principles and practical application,

• Advanced SQL knowledge,

• Proficiency in applying SOLID principles,

• Hands-on experience with version control systems (TFS, Git),

• Experience with OpenShift and Docker platforms,

• Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and quick learning skills,

• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills,

• Passion for technology and continuous self-improvement.

What will you do:

• Actively participate in the analysis, design, and development processes of Generative AI and agentic automation projects,

• Develop software using Python and OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) principles

• Manage and query databases using SQL,

• Design software architectures according to SOLID principles,

• Effectively utilize version control systems such as TFS and Git,

• Develop and manage applications on OpenShift and Docker platforms,

• Collaborate with the team to successfully complete projects,

• Continuously learn and keep up with the latest technology trends to add value to ongoing projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in AI, agentic automation, or Python-based projects,

• Knowledge of container management and Kubernetes,

• Experience working within Agile or Scrum methodologies.
