The perfect fit is a Senior Fullstack Engineer with expertise in TypeScript to join our engineering team. This role will involve building scalable web and mobile applications, contributing to architectural decisions, and optimizing our current platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about mobility solutions and enjoys working on both the front and back end, creating impactful features that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications with TypeScript, using Node.js on the back end and a modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue).

- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to deliver intuitive, high-performance applications.

- Lead architectural discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our system’s design, scalability, and resilience.

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support our mobility platform’s features and services.

- Ensure high-quality standards in code through unit testing, integration testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing support with best practices in coding, testing, and software architecture.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring stability and performance.

- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and frameworks, bringing in best practices to enhance our tech stack.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer or in a similar role, with a strong focus on TypeScript.

- Advanced proficiency in Express or Nest.js and a modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.

- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.

- Experience with database systems, both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).

- Proficient with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including testing (unit and end-to-end) and code reviews.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the mobility, transportation, or IoT industry.

- Familiarity with Hybrid Frontend Development (e.g., React Native, Ionic, Flutter).

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence or Asana, and Git.
