- The Role
This role will play a strategic role that aligns with the company’s human resource operations with business objectives. This role involves formulating partnerships coordinating across business functions to deliver comprehensive HR services.
Responsibilities encompass talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, change management, and performance management. The critical goal is to ensure a positive work environment and foster growth and retention of a talented workforce.
- Key Responsibilities
- Deploy an effective HR strategy in conjunction with the HR Director that supports the business objectives
- Facilitate and drive people management practices and systems across the organization
- Streamline and implement effective succession planning initiatives
- Strategically manage talent and design retention strategies
- Oversee an effective onboarding process that encourages new hires’ productivity and commitment
- Implement and monitor individual performance management systems
- Influence effective change management processes during organizational shifts
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization
- Ensure legal compliance in all HR operations
- Promptly address workforce issues through immediate mediation and conflict resolution
- Coordinate the execution of crucial HR procedures, such as evaluation and compensation
- Employ HR metrics to track performance and effect improvements
- Actively participate in corporate HR projects
- Implement workforce planning and forecasting
- Play an integral role in resolving employee grievances
- Streamline employee engagement initiatives and events
- Foster diversity and inclusion in workplace strategies
- Provide consultation and guidance on HR policy interpretations and application
- Collaborate with the recruiting team for strategic staffing solutions
- Periodically review, update, and communicate HR policies
- Your Background
- Experience in human resources management
- Sound understanding of human resources management principles and practices
- Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes
- Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering a wide variety of applications
- Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing
- Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints
- Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation
- Key Requirements
Essential:
- A bachelor’s degree in management or business administration from a recognized university
- At least 7 years in Human Resource and Management experience
- In-depth knowledge of industry’s standards and regulations
- Fluent in English
Desirable:
- Fluent in Arabic (reading, speaking, and writing)
Experience in the advertising industry
