Product Owner (EMIRATI)

An established leader in innovation and digital transformation is seeking a Product Owner to help drive agile product delivery across multiple teams. This pivotal role is responsible for managing the team backlog, defining user stories, and ensuring alignment between development efforts and business goals.

As a Product Owner, you will shape product vision and strategy. You will serve as a customer proxy, ensuring all features are clearly defined, prioritized, and meet acceptance criteria. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support agile ceremonies and reinforce SAFe principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with the Senior Product Manager.
• Lead backlog refinement, ensuring all user stories are clearly described, estimated, and prioritized.
• Own the acceptance process for features and stories, validating that all deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria and the Definition of Done.
• Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Act as a customer proxy, ensuring that development teams fully understand the required product features.
• Coordinate with other Product Owners to manage cross-team dependencies.
• Facilitate system training and maintain training materials for new rollouts or refreshers.

Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:3+ years in product development or product ownership.

Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner certification.
