Job Purpose
Responsible for leading and managing projects within the organization. Oversee all aspects of project management, including defining project scope, objectives, and timelines, developing and managing project budgets, and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards.

Key Activities
Work closely with various stakeholders, including project teams, clients, vendors, and other relevant parties, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Manage risks and identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies to address them
Risk management: Identifying project risks, assessing their likelihood and potential impact, and developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Change management: Managing changes to the project plan, including scope changes, and ensuring that changes are documented and communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
Effectively communicate project status updates, issues, and risks to all stakeholders, including senior management.
Communication and reporting: Communicating with stakeholders, including project team members, project sponsors, and other relevant parties, and providing regular project status reports, including progress updates and any issues or risks.
Possess strong leadership and team management skills. Motivate and lead project teams effectively.
Manage project resources, including people, budget, and other resources, to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
Responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects, from planning to closure, and for ensuring that projects meet the requirements of all stakeholders
Project planning: Defining project scope, objectives, and timelines, and creating a comprehensive project plan that includes resource requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
Project execution: Ensuring that the project plan is implemented effectively, and that project activities are executed according to the plan, including managing project resources, tracking progress, and addressing issues and risks.
Project monitoring and control: Monitoring project progress and performance, tracking project metrics, and adjusting the project plan as needed.
Control and Manage the project budget in accordance with the contractual value, and monitor this throughout the project life cycle.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within budget constraints.
Any Other Responsibilities As Required By The Line Manager

Job Specifications
Skills/Certifications (Technical & Non-Technical)
- PMP Certified or PRINCE2 Certified
- IT or Cyber Security skill set
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve conflicts.
- 4 to 5 years work experience in a similar role
- Managed complex projects end to end
- Worked in client facing roles
- Worked in IT or Cyber Security field
- Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, solutions, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or business-related field.
